Resolved Question: When should I take Creatine?
I have just started taking Creatine and was wondering what the best usage would be. 1.) Should I take it before my workout, after my workout, or both? 2.) Would it be effective to only use Creatine and not Whey Protein? Also, I am looking around for some help burning fat to get ready for the beach this summer. What are some good fat burners? 1.) Hydroxycut Hardcore? 2.) Lipo 6? 3.) Hot Rox? I know that those pills aren't good for you, and that steady exercise and dieting is the best way to go, but I would like to try them. So, please no comments about that. Thanks! Also, what about Twin Lab Ripped Fuel 5X?

i need some motivation. i am 5'11'' 175 and i have been at a plateu for a few months in my weight loss. i have lose 40 pounds to now, but i cant seem to get any further. im doing cardio 5 times a week and i do weight training the other two. I EAT RIGHT. 4-5 meals a day, dont exceed 2300 calories a day. i wanna lose the last 10 pounds of fat i need to see my six pack i have worked so hard for. should i increase my cardio length. by the way my cardio is interval training on the elliptical for 30 mins a day. should i do 45 a day? will that help. i also take a fat burner 1 pill every morning. rev xp. should i stop taking it. im 16 yrs old. want that six pack bad!!! i feel its almost coming through but its not there yet and im stuck.
